We are delighted to introduce the 2024-25 fellows.

This year we are delighted to introduce our ROMBA Fellowship recipients at Oxford Saïd. These fellowships are available through a partnership between the School and Reaching Out MBA, a unique global network for LGBTQ+ MBA students.

We also welcome our Forté Fellowships for Women recipients who join us in our twelfth year in partnership with the Forté Foundation

The profiles of our fellows below provide a taster of the work they have undertaken and outline their plans after completing the MBA.

Chloe Cullen

Forté Fellowships for Women
Exeter College
United States

Chloe is an experienced product engineer specializing in new product introduction and manufacturing management. She founded and ran women’s leadership groups in the US & Korea and aims to continue to empower women at Oxford while pursuing a career at the intersection of business and technology.

Jose F.C. Hong

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) LGBTQ+ Fellowship
Hertford College
Singapore

From being a science journalist in Singapore, to working in Switzerland for a global nature conservation organisation, Jose has always aimed to drive environmental impact. He is keen to strengthen the links between green and LGBTQ+ issues, and is grateful ROMBA will allow him to do so at Oxford.

Prabhsimran Kaur

Forté Fellowships for Women

India

As an Assurance professional, Prabhsimran has audited Fortune 500 clients across the Energy and Real Estate sectors. Passionate about community development, she has partnered with the Lions Club to aid the underprivileged. As a Forté Fellow, she aims to empower women and foster positive change.

Margarita Quijano

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) LGBTQ+ Fellowships

Canada

Margarita co-founded two AI startups, exiting one to a Y Combinator-backed company. With experience at YC companies, she's spearheaded product marketing at three Series A startups. Passionate about technology and venture capital, Margarita aims to inspire through authenticity.

Shruti Sherekar

Forté Fellowships for Women
St. Cross College
New Zealand

Shruti loves how technology and business can solve big problems and improve lives. Passionate about encouraging women in STEM, she looks forward to joining Oxford Saïd and being part of a diverse cohort. She aims to use her learning to help organisations leverage technology to benefit society.
