Jing Chen

Merton College

Jing was previously responsible for sales and operations of e-commerce channels for consumer goods companies, including Adidas, Henkel, AB InBev and Unilever. Experienced in sportswear, beauty, personal care, and alcohol and beverages, Jing is pursuing an MBA and plans to continue working in the industry.

Lisa (Xiang) Li

Mansfield College


A finance professional with experience working in corporate merger and acquisition and deal advisory, Lisa is passionate about the intersection between investing and sustainability/energy transition. With the Oxford MBA, she hopes to gain industry exposure and expand her network to drive impactful investments in the space.

Shahbaz Merchant

St Antony's College

Shahbaz has been working as a sell-side equity analyst tracking the Indian banking, financial services and insurance sector. He hopes to leverage the Oxford MBA to transition into a buy-side investment role. He is particularly interested in learning more about the applications of artificial intelligence and data science in investing.

David is a passionate global sustainability champion. After twenty years in the US and seven years leading climate action for New Zealand's largest retail group, he now wants to catalyse net zero investments and collective action towards a more sustainable future.

Bruce is an Information Security Executive and recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Doctorate for Chief Learning Officers. He hopes to harness AI-enabled opportunities to improve the healthcare sector and manage related security implications.

Fatima Babiker

Diploma in Global Business

Senior Country Manager

Dr Fatima Babiker is a medical doctor and Public Health professional. After practicing medicine she worked on planning and managing large Public Health programs in different developing countries with the United Nations. Her work centered on equity and equality in the access to health services.

Joel Montgomery

Diploma in Financial Strategy


A seasoned leader with a strong technical background, Joel has worked in various international mineral processing operations. He is known for leading operational turnarounds and fostering efficient organizations. Joel aims to broaden his expertise through the Diploma in Financial Strategy.

Dr Simon Lord

Diploma in Organisational Leadership

Director, Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit, University of Oxford
United Kingdom

Simon Lord is Director of the Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit at the University of Oxford and is chief investigator for a number of clinical trials. He is looking forward to applying new insights into approaches to management and strategic leadership to his work in leading one of Europe’s leading academic cancer trials facilities.

Del Rajan

Quantum Computing Research Scientist at HSBC
United Kingdom

Dr Del Rajan is a Quantum Computing Research Scientist at HSBC in London. His work involves inventing and applying quantum technologies to finance. He hopes to use this opportunity at Oxford to learn the tools of strategy to amplify the impact of his work in innovation.
