Kristie Rogers is a Delivery Director at Visa. She is a founding member of one of Visa's newest and fastest growing services that has grown from $1m to $10m annual revenue in the past three years. Kristie is passionate about creating equity and equality in the world is honoured to be a Forté Fellow.

Rachel Sibande

Rachel established Malawi's first technology hub and incubator, mHub, in 2014. The hub incubates emerging innovative entrepreneurs and provides financing and investment readiness support. She has been listed twice by Forbes as one of 30 promising entrepreneurs in Africa and as a new wealth creator.

Anna Zongollowicz

Rumeysa Kadak

Member of Parliament, Social Entrepreneur

Social Entrepreneur, Member of Parliament, and one of two women in Parliament's Administrative Board. Rumeysa founded six organisations and leads 5000 volunteers to create social impact. She studied her Bachelor’s in teaching and politics, and her Master’s in global diplomacy at SOAS, University of London.

She recently joined Babcock International to lead their Group Transformation.

Allison has spent the past five years as a senior leader at a mission driven clinical data company where she has focused on legal compliance. As an advocate for gender parity, she is honoured to be a Forté Fellow and to be studying at Oxford, a historic University which is helping to shape the future.

Allison manages Essentia Analytics' largest clients in Europe, US, and Asia. Prior to Essentia, she spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan as a private banker covering Mexico. In her spare time, Allison is a stand-up comedian. She looks forward to Oxford's outstanding curriculum.

Co-founder and CEO, BAHAM

Selai is the CEO of an Afghan Think-Tank, BAHAM. She is the Managing Director of CELEI, an initiative she established to support Afghan women in the handicrafts sector. She is also the Founder of Adam Foundation, which provides educational support to vulnerable children across Afghanistan.

Ijeoma Miriam Nwakuche
