A new customised programme at Oxford Saïd has been created to work with a government organisation in Oman, to deliver on its 2040 vision.
The Royal Academy of Management in Oman has delivered the first module of The National Collaborative Leadership Program (NCLP) with Saïd Business School. The new NCLP is providing business executives from Oman with strategic leadership tools and techniques, focused on helping them build cross sector partnership.
The programme makes use of the School’s international research and reputation in executive education, with a cohort comprised of 40 Omani executive leaders across the public and private sectors. During the first module, participants explored key trends in leadership, digital transformation, innovation and the applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution - digital transformation. Visits to government and private institutions in the UK also formed part of the module.
