This roundtable brings together experts to discuss and debate the impact of AI on the future of professional work.
Artificial intelligence (AI), and generative AI most recently, is expected to transform the work of professionals, such as accountants, auditors, consultants, lawyers, and healthcare professionals. And yet, how, how fast, and why their work will change are not well understood. This roundtable brings together experts from the world of academia, practice, and policymaking to discuss and debate the knowns and the unknowns on this topic. There will be an evidence-based discussion on the impact of AI and its links to corporate strategy, entrepreneurial opportunities, and regulatory options, with a view to identifying future areas of research.
