Sara works with organisations to build capability and embed sustainable change with a focus on the impact on the employee. By utilising her coaching, teaching and facilitation skills, she supports leadership teams to build cohesiveness and alignment in delivering their strategies.
Sara has over 25 years of working in a cross section of global businesses, many in the FTSE 250. Sectors include: FMCG, utilities, e-commerce, warehousing, electronic, pharmaceutical and the care sector. Previous roles before joining Oxford Saïd included HR Director, Global Head of Leadership and Organisation Development and various senior change management roles; this gives her incredible depth and breadth of understanding of how people can work together to bring about change.
As an executive coach Sara has worked and helped individuals in career transitions, senior leaders to meet the challenges of their roles, and executives leading teams. She has gained a reputation for being able to open up spaces that are safe, supportive and challenging – allowing clients to explore their issues, dilemmas and potential.
Sara holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Business School (awarded through CASS), a Masters in Coaching & Mentoring and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has Level A and B (intermediate) accreditation with the British Psychological Society and is qualified to use a variety of psychometric instruments.
