Sandra Steving Villegas

Her multidisciplinary background spans global roles across growth strategy, entrepreneurial ventures, investment, design and architecture in New York and London. She has 15 years of experience advising C-suite leaders at global companies on strategic growth and entrepreneurial innovation.

At Founders Intelligence, she sits at the intersection of the start-up, tech and venture capital worlds, working with industry leaders to set growth strategies and drive the creation of pioneering new business models, commercial partnerships and new ventures. Sandra also leads Founders Intelligence's sustainability practice, convening strategy, innovation and sustainability to create and scale ambitious new ventures with a fundamentally sustainable DNA. As part of the early team, Sandra was instrumental in scaling Founders Intelligence and its eventual sale to Accenture in 2021.

Sandra is a passionate supporter of entrepreneurs and is a limited partner in a seed-stage fund, an active angel investor and a start-up advisor. In addition, she is an active mentor at Fashion For Good, Unreasonable, Mentor for Growth and London & Partners Business Growth Programme, as well as a regular academic contributor to strategy and innovation. She holds an MBA from Oxford and a BA from New York University. In 2022, she joined the inaugural cohort of INSEAD’s Business Sustainability Programme.
