Luke Graham is a researcher for the Oxford Future of Real Estate Initiative.

Luke joined Saïd Business School as an Executive MBA student in 2020, and began collaborating with the initiative later that year. Prior to this, he worked in real estate research and entrepreneurship - heading up research departments for residential investment groups in Australia, and advising real estate executives in North America, Africa, Europe and Australia. Luke was also the co-founder and managing director of an Australian real estate investment group which he led until pursuing further postgraduate study. His research interests include PropTech, housing and the externalities of technology on real estate stakeholders. In particular, he has been investigating automated real estate transactions, fractionalisation and institutional investment behaviours.

Luke studied real estate economics at Western Sydney University and has since studied postgraduate economics, psychology and change management. Alongside his work at Oxford’s Future of Real Estate, Luke leads the research for London-based PropTech VC firm, Pi Labs.
