Loizos Heracleous is Professor of Strategy and Organisation at the Warwick Business School, and Associate Fellow of Green Templeton College and Saïd Business School.

Loizos earned his PhD at the Cambridge Judge Business School and he is the author of nine books on themes such as the practice of strategy, agility, the space industry, service excellence and business strategy in Asia.

Loizos serves on the editorial boards of several leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal.

His research has been published in over 70 papers in international journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, the Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review.

Loizos's research was honoured by three Best Paper Awards from the US Academy of Management; in 1999 (on globalisation), 2004 (on organisation development), and 2006 (on corporate governance). He has been listed in the Marquis Who’s Who in the World since 2003.

He received a DSc (Higher Doctorate) from the University of Warwick in 2013 for lifetime contributions to his field. 

Loizos has worked with senior management in several major corporations around the world to design and deliver executive development initiatives.
