Henry's professional experience spans across the sectors of finance, emerging markets, impact investing and political and economic development. He is currently the Head of Research of responsAbility Investments based in Paris.

Alongside his role as an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, Henry is a Board Trustee of the Wenner-Gren Foundation for Anthropological Research located in New York, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Executive Education of the University for Peace (UPEACE) based in San José, Costa Rica.

Prior to these roles, he was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley where he focused in Emerging Markets and Microfinance investing. He has also held positions at the World Bank, the United Nations Development Program, and the Government of Costa Rica.

He is a PhD candidate at the 'Centre d'Économie de la Sorbonne', University of Paris I, where he is engaged in research related to risks and vulnerabilities in impact investing. Henry received an MBA from Oxford University where he held the Skoll Scholarship for Social Entrepreneurship, an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Costa Rica.
