Associate Fellow

Saïd Business School
University of Oxford
Park End Street

For over 25 years, Dominic has specialised in the systemic re-setting of challenged, largely tech-enabled, major programmes.

The majority of the programmes have been in-flight re-sets as the underlying subject matter has been of such critical importance that they cannot simply be stopped. He was a Partner in an international law firm, where he co-led the Transformational Projects Group. He then moved to Deloitte, where he is a Partner in the firm’s Programme Leadership Team.

Dominic has been an associate fellow for over ten years. He helped to design, and presents on, the commercial contracting and management elements of the UK Government’s Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA), which aims to upskill all senior UK Government major programme leads. He has presented to every cohort since the course was established.

In addition to the MPLA, Dominic presents on the MSc in Major Programme Management as well as to a number of UK Government departments and corporate senior leadership teams. He also advises on the commercial structuring and negotiation of complex major programmes (frequently in relation to critical national infrastructure).
