Ahmed is a seasoned finance executive, with 17 years of buy and sell side experience across two continents and multiple blue-chip institutions, most notably with Goldman Sachs and Altice Capital.
Ahmed enjoys building fast-growing businesses in evolving environments. His expertise lies in working across Markets, Technology and Family Offices.
Prior to this, he was a Goldman Sachs MD (age 34), where he built many businesses across continents and divisions, and he then moved to the buy side to gain client perspectives and build Patrick Drahi's family office (as employee #2).
As PM at Altice Capital, Ahmed developed the firm's public investment philosophy, and he was in charge of the firm's public market portfolio (fixed income, equities, rates and fx) and alternative investment portfolio (total of $500mm).
As Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International, he built the Market Solutions group, covering Europe's largest and most sophisticated Family Offices on the capital markets and investing needs. He then headed up the Institutional Wealth management business out of London to scale offerings across new clients.
Before moving to London, Ahmed ran the credit structuring and marketing desk for Goldman Sachs NY, helping the firm's global clients navigate credit markets from 2006-2009.
