Inspiring women: Renée B Adams

Kathy is responsible for the success of the School’s graduate management programmes. She has extensive experience in coaching and teaching senior executives. She is a Fellow of Keble College.

Professor of Finance at Saïd Business School at Oxford University, Adams is a truly global scholar who has held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Queensland in Australia as well as visiting positions in Japan, Norway, Germany and Italy. In this episode, Adams discusses her pioneering work on gender leadership within bank governance and group decision making, plus governance that has received global media coverage.
