The business-government boundary

""

A shared destiny? How has the Covid-19 crisis blurred the boundary between government and business? Over the last fifty years in the west, the line between business and government has moved in many directions. In the last four months alone, it has shifted dramatically, as governments take stakes in private companies both large and small.

The panellists will explore that boundary between government and business, the challenges they face, how these vary across the globe, and discuss what new skills and capabilities people in business may need in the post-Covid-19 environment. Peter Tufano, Peter Moores Dean Saïd Business School, will lead the panel that also will include Michael Warren, MD Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG) and Mari Sako, Professor of Management Studies at Saïd Business School.
