Sorry for my tears, but, you know. This is the truly emotional moment for myself. I got to that point in my life. That you've achieved some level of success and you think maybe you've done it all, but you have that burning desire that there could be more. The history here is incredible. It's been an incredible journey. It's hard to express how privileged I feel to be here. Embracing the tradition of what Oxford is, who you are, the impact you're supposed to have in life. When you come in here and you're ready to be vulnerable. It does change you. Welcome. This is a special day for you. And indeed for me too. It is a day we’ll celebrate you and your many achievements as you mark the end of the chapter as student and the start of another as alumni. You are a remarkable group of business leaders who are here before us today. You forged new relationships, many of which will survive for years to come. What we love Oxford for is it’s promotion of diversity and unimaginable feeling of one’s spirit. That's what Saïd Business stands for. It comes with a huge responsibility to give back to the people whose voices are not heard. The network is amazing, the people are amazing and then the education is world class. My dad was in heavens. He wanted me to progress in life and make an impact. And today it's a very emotional day for us. We made it. We picked each other up, listened to one another, and even made ourselves vulnerable enough to share our stories and sometimes tears. Over the past two years, we haven't just earned a degree. Together we built a house. This house isn't for us to simply admire. It's a launching pad for what comes next. I feel like now I have a lot higher expectations of what I want to do with my career and my life. I've kind of had an inner, inner transformation, to be honest with you. A lot more confidence definitely was due to 69 supportive cohort members that have brought out that transformation. This is an achievement I never thought would happen. Growing up, from the journey beginning to now, it’s incredible. They make you feel like total heroes. It's a push and confidence that I never knew I could have. That little bit of extra confidence, that little bit of belief that you can go out and be the best of you. That is a very special creation out of that unique environment and the people you meet. I give you the executive MBA class of 2023 to 2024. Our community is more than just our cohort. It was a world that I honestly didn't even know existed, but I will cherish and value for the rest of my life. 35 different nationalities, 75 brilliant people. They're my brothers and sisters. They are true family. It’s the best. That's all I can say. It's the best. I'm proud to be an alumni. I can call myself an alumni now. It's the best. It's the best. It's the best. If you think this is the finish line, let me tell you something. The EMBA isn't over. The EMBA journey starts now. I love my cohorts. I will cherish the memories that I've made here. So thank you. The world is my oyster, so I'm going to conquer it.
