Annual leave: We offer a generous holiday allowance of 38 days’ holiday per year, (including public holidays), pro-rata if you’re part-time. This increases after 5 years.

Employee Assistant Programme (EAP): EAP provides staff and their immediate family with free and confidential information and counselling services on personal issues. The service is provided by an external organisation which operates a helpline 24 hours a day.
Sports facilities: Tennis Court, Squash Courts, Gym & Sauna are available at Egrove Park. We also offer discounted memberships at selected local leisure centres.

Learning & development
Staff workshops: We have an array of soft and hard-skills workshops available to all staff and managers. On average, we run 8 staff workshops a month.

Staff learning scheme: A framework to assist employees to apply for internal funding for personal training.
Lynda.com: Staff receive free, unlimited access to Lynda.com online training portal.
Access to colleges: University employees plus 1 guest may visit the 45 Oxford University colleges for free, with University Card.
Bodleian Library: Access to the Bodleian Library and the other Oxford University Library Services, with University Card.
Botanic Gardens: University employees are able to visit the University of Oxford Botanic Garden free of charge, on production of a University staff card.
