We are Oxford University’s Business School, developing the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. We have one mission that unites both staff and students: to make a positive difference in the world. Everyone has a vital part to play.

With over 400 members of staff across three sites, we have a vibrant and innovative community and are always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our values. We are growing and evolving, but can only do this with the help of our staff and students.

We work together to create a culture that supports a world-class business school.

Saïd Business School is an extraordinary place. Whatever part of Oxford Saïd you join, you will play a crucial role in continuing to move the School along its path to create a stronger model for business education.
