Donor recognition

Recognising your gift

We would not exist without the generosity and vision of our benefactors. We recognise this by trying to fulfill our friends' philanthropic objectives by tailoring how we update them on the impact of their gifts. We keep our benfactors updated on the impact that their gifts have had and look for ways to help them broaden their relationship with the School, through:

  • Newsletters and updates

  • Meetings with faculty members and students
  • Attending lectures and events

  • Serving on School advisory boards

  • Becoming members of the appropriate Stewardship Circle

Dean's Circle

Friends of the School are invited to join the Dean's Circle and will receive regular reports on the impact of their philanthropy together with updates about the overall progress of the School, its vision and the success of our students and faculty. Gifts are publically recognised in the Annual Review and members are invited to the School’s Annual Gala Dinner as well as other University events.

University donor recognition

In addition to becoming a friend of the School and joining the Dean’s Circle, the University recognises the generosity of major donors in a variety of ways. These include membership of the Vice Chancellor's Circle or the Chancellor's Court of Benefactors.

The University’s research and the impact of philanthropy are showcased at the annual meetings of these two societies.
