'I have had very good feedback from our participants about the venue in general. It was reassuring to know there was a contact in the reception area throughout the evening, and that we could leave coats/bags etc on the ground floor even though we were using both 1st and 2nd levels for the latter part of the evening. When we had a brief moment of not being able to get the AV setup for our second speaker, your IT contact was with us asap which was much appreciated and often not available at venues by circa 7pm. The hospitality team for both the drinks reception and the plated dinner were friendly, helpful and efficient. From the start of the booking process through to arrival at the venue for the event I had excellent support from Lisa as our main contact for the event. It was also very easy to get a taxi home from outside the train station!   Many thanks.'
