The Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership was the best professional development I have ever done. I wanted to refresh my concepts of leadership as well as learn more about organisational design. The Oxford programme brought together these two interests in a way I had not found anywhere else.

The diploma and the Executive MBA
The Diploma in Organisational Leadership provides a proven pathway to the Oxford Executive MBA.
Although the diploma is a self-standing University of Oxford qualification, it also provides a pathway to the Oxford Executive MBA. Both programmes are assessed at the same academic level and diploma participants therefore receive exemptions from the four equivalent Executive MBA modules, as well as a fee reduction.
As a learning environment, the diploma has proven to be a very safe space for me to share leadership challenges with professionals from different industries, test conventional assumptions, and stretch thinking.
This programme is designed for experienced professionals, with five or more years' work experience.
Participants are likely to be working in a senior managerial role and want to develop themselves and their organisation.
We welcome enquiries from potential applicants and would be happy to discuss the programme with you in more detail and review your CV.
