We are in an era of immense disruption, innovation, and reconfiguration of the social, environmental, economic and physical systems that drive our world. This change can be seen across the world, ranging from rewiring the electricity grid for decarbonisation and deploying AI into health, through to reconfiguring production for automation. Executive leaders are the engines driving how we respond, shape and adapt to meet these challenges. There is a huge amount being asked of them.
To navigate these complexities, leaders must go beyond the ordinary. The Executive Leadership Programme has been developed in partnership with the University of Queensland to provide leaders with new tools and ways of thinking to respond to the challenges ahead.
Underpinned by pioneering global research on leading in complexity and uncertainty, this programme brings the best of this knowledge into one programme, taught by leading academics from both institutions.
Delivered over six months, including eight workshops over four months in Brisbane and a one week residential in Oxford, the programme focuses on expanding leadership capabilities by experimenting with new concepts to enhance your impact on your teams and the broader ecosystem.
Through interactive and applied modules and keynote speaker sessions, you'll develop best practices for navigating future leadership challenges; from building trust and mobilising stakeholders to resolving conflict in complex environments. By the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped with the advanced knowledge and practical tools to drive impactful transformation within your organisation and your community.
