Women Transforming Leadership
The Women Transforming Leadership Programme Community
Since the launch of the Women Transforming Leadership Programme in 2013 we have successfully run 6 cohorts of the programme and are proud to announce that our programme alumnae community now consists of more than 245 alumnae representing 20 broad sectors of work, over 50 nationalities and 45 working countries worldwide.
On the most recent programme the Vice Chancellor of the University of Oxford, Professor Louise Richardson, opened our welcoming dinner along with some of our valued alumnae.
Conversations, confidence and continuing networks
During the 2016 programme we hosted an opening dinner for the second time where a number of our valued alumnae were welcomed back to share the impact that the programme has had on them since their time in Oxford.

Learning to say no creates more opportunities to say yes
During the 2015 programme we welcomed back a number of our valued alumnae, from the previous cohorts, for a reunion dinner to share their experiences of the programme and their success stories since. This also provided our current participants with a chance to network with our alumnae to further enhance their network.
