Oxford Strategic Marketing Programme
This programme is structured around the very latest research from Oxford, much of it being shared for the first time, combined with expert practitioners.
In addition, small workshop groups will be formed. In these groups, participants will be able to take away lessons learnt during the week, discuss the items of most value to them and construct new strategies for their unique set of challenges.
The five days of the programme will cover:
Marketing challenges and opportunities
A view of the ‘post-digital’ marketing landscape. How does your marketing plan compare?
A closer look at your customer
Re-examine how well you actually know your customers, and engage them in more mutually beneficial relationships.
Technology as a strategic enabler of marketing performance
Appreciate and harness the power of influencer marketing, social media, and big data.
Marketing leadership and organising for excellence
Reframe emerging challenges, attract the right talent into a well-balanced team, and positively influence your key stakeholders.
Putting it all together and thinking ahead
Interrogate the learning of the last few days, and come away with a new set of priorities and a plan for you and your team.
