Who takes part?
As someone considering the Strategic Leadership Programme, you will:
- be an experienced senior leader at the top of your career with a minimum of 5-10 years leadership experience, looking to focus, and expand, on personal learning and development.
- bring significant experience and will be responsible for directly leading others and making important decisions, typically in a number of different roles and have already held senior leadership positions.
- have highly individual personal leadership challenges you wish to share and address on the programme.
- find yourself facing new leadership challenges or welcoming an opportunity to re-examine your leadership assumptions.
