Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme

How to apply

Our priority is to help you get the best out of this programme and we want to provide a customised, personal learning experience that begins with your application.

You can apply in one of two ways:

Our next programme will take place from Sunday 11 - Friday 16 November 2018.

Recruitment for the November 2018 programme will close on 2 November 2018.

We would encourage you to take the time to consider your reasons for wanting to join the programme and your goals and expectations when submitting your application. These considered responses will help us to effectively customise your learning experience.

Once your application is received we will contact you to schedule a telephone conversation to discuss your application and the programme in further detail. This conversation is designed to allow us to better understand your challenges and required learning outcomes as highlighted in your application.

Your application and accompanying call notes will then be reviewed by our committee and upon acceptance you will be notified via email.

If you have any questions about joining the programme please do contact the programme's Business Development Advisor Charles Blythe.

If you require a visa to attend this programme we are able to provide a visa supporting letter, upon acceptance, stating our offer of a place, the dates you are required in Oxford, and whether you have paid the fees due. We advise you to apply for a Student Visitor Visa as early as possible as the process can take up to 100 days in some instances. You should allow ample time for the requisite Consulate/Visa Agency to process your application and we strongly advise you to check the requirements applicable to your circumstances.

If you have any visa-related enquiries please contact
