Admissions process

This transformational experience begins with your application. Throughout the application process we take time and effort  to understand your current challenges and personal development goals in order to ensure that they are addressed during your time on the programme.

The application process normally takes around one week from receipt of application to final decision.

Submit your application

The online application takes around 1 hour to complete. If you would like a word or pdf application form please email us

The application covers three key areas:

  1. Your personal information eg name, nationaility, contact details
  2. Your education and career history
  3. Your current challenges, areas in which you excel, and what you and your organisation hope to gain from the programme.

If you would like to discuss whether the programme is right for you before submitting your application, please submit your LinkedIn profile for review or contact us to arrange a call.

Recruitment for programmes will close one week prior to the programme start date, unless they become fully subscribed in advance.

Early payment benefit

Applications received by the 6th April 2018 will be eligible to benefit from the Early Application Fee for the June 2018 Programme.

Committee review

Your application will then be passed to our Executive Education Committee. The Committee will review the details of your application and make a decision on whether to progress your application to interview.

We'll inform you of their decision and, if appropriate, arrange your interview.

Interview

Interview

This will be a telephone interview between yourself and our Programme Director.

The interview will last around 1 hour. It is designed to allow the Programme Director, Dr Lalit Johri, to better understand your challenges and required learning outcomes, and begin to customise your learning experience.

Dr Johri has been the Director for the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme for over 10 years. He has considerable experience of understanding the challenges of modern leaders and creating learning environments to effectively address those challenges.

Final decision

Final decision

At the end of your interview call you will know whether you have been accepted on to the programme.

If successful you will then receive two emails:

  1. Your acceptance email from our Business Development Team

  2. Your invoice and payment instructions from our Finance Department

Invoicing

Payment of the invoice in full or the provision of a company Purchase Order will secure your place on the programme.

Visas

If you require a visa to attend this programme we can provide a supporting letter stating our offer of a place, the dates you are required in Oxford and details on your accommodation during your programme. Please note that visa processes can take up to 100 days in some countries.
