How to apply, dates and fees
The next Diploma programme commences in February 2018, applications are now being accepted.
Provisional module dates for 2018:
- Module 1: 28 February - 3 March 2018
- Module 2: 25-28 April 2018
- Module 3: 4-7 July 2018
- Module 4: 3–6 October 2018
2018 programme fees: £23,500
The programme fees cover: tuition, course materials, essential reading texts, examinations, assessments and supervision. Lunch and refreshments are provided daily and there is an evening dinner at a different Oxford University college each module.
On acceptance to the Diploma in Organisational Leadership, participants will be required to pay a 15% deposit of £3,525 to secure their place. The balance is then required at least eight weeks before the programme commences.
Applicants who apply less than eight weeks before the start of the programme are required to pay the full fee immediately on acceptance and receipt of the invoice.
Participants may not be admitted to the programme unless the course fees have been paid in full.
The fee also includes associate membership of Pembroke College. Accommodation is not included in the programme fee. Participants make their own arrangements to stay in Oxford during the Diploma modules.

We recommend you apply early in the year as:
- We cannot guarantee that there will be places left by the end of the admissions process.
- Attendance at all modules is compulsory, so an early offer will enable effecive planning.
Please be aware that we operate a rolling admissions process. If an admissions deadline is stated on our website and this date has passed, it will still be possible to process your application if there are places available. Please note: Candidates can however only apply once in any given admissions year. If you would like to re-apply, you are welcome to do so in the following admissions year.

Meet the requirements
1. Academic ability
We recommend that applicants have a first-class or an upper second class undergraduate degree or equivalent international qualifications (GPA of 3.5). Applicants who do not hold such a qualification may be considered if they have a very strong employment record demonstrating a high degree of responsibility. Professional qualifications may also be taken into consideration.
All applicants are required to supply transcripts of their previous higher education qualifications as part of the online application. A transcript is an official document showing the modules taken and the marks/grades awarded. A certificate of completion is not sufficient. If receiving an offer on the programme, we will ask you to forward us hard copies of your transcripts.
We do not seek a Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or GMAT score.
2. English language proficiency
Applicants whose first language is not English may be required to provide evidence of proficiency in English. Please visit our English language proficiency page for more information.
3. Relevant work experience
Applicants normally have a minimum of five years' work experience, this is essential to making the candidate a valuable contributor to the student group and the learning experience of the Diploma.
