Grade 6: £28,660 - £34,189 (discretionary range to £37,345) p.a.

1 year fixed term contract

Are you an excellent communicator who thrives in a target driven environment?  We are looking for a business development, sales or recruitment professional who is interested in developing their career within a business school environment.  You will be joining a successful and growing team, working with a diverse range of senior managers and companies from across the world. This role is offered on a 1 year fixed term contract covering secondment. 

Our participants come from over 30 countries and from every sector of the global economy. The recruitment team are expected to build relationships with high profile candidates and work collaboratively with other teams in order to grow the portfolio. The successful candidate will play an important role in increasing the footprint and growth of the programmes across global markets.

As our Programme Adviser you will be responsible for planning and implementing recruitment activities for a number of the portfolio’s key programmes, including delivering programme targets, managing the recruitment pipeline and contributing to the marketing and business development planning process. This will include market research activity. The portfolio of programmes represents an important part of the school’s overall revenue, and as such you will be a key revenue earner for the school.  

To be selected at shortlisting you will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be comfortable developing and managing relationships with senior executives on the phone on a daily basis and have excellent communication and networking skills. You will have outstanding administration and CRM skills, and take an entrepreneurial approach. You will enjoy working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service to clients. In this role you will have a flexible approach to work and willingness to travel to attend events and client meetings.
