The Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship is a leading centre for the advancement of social entrepreneurship worldwide. Their scholarship is open to students pursuing entrepreneurial solutions for urgent social and environmental challenges. Providing full funding, the Scholarship also provides access to the Skoll Scholar community, a group of leaders who are positively impacting the world through innovation and systems change, as well as exclusive opportunities to meet with world-renowned entrepreneurs, thought-leaders and investors.

Scholarship details


Covers the full MBA course fees and partial living expenses. 

Number available

Up to four scholarships.

Eligibility criteria

Scholarships will be awarded to candidates with a strong track record in social entrepreneurship and who intend to continue creating positive social impact after their studies. For more information on the eligibility criteria, please see the Centre's webpage. 


How to apply

You must complete the Skoll Scholarship essays document (found in the Funding section of the MBA application form) and upload this as part of your MBA application.

You must upload your completed essays within the Funding section of the application form, and submit a complete MBA application,  during stages 1, 2 or 3 of the MBA admissions process.

We advise that you allow yourself around one week to write your Skoll Scholarship essays.



Apply in stages 1, 2 or 3 of the MBA admissions process.

The stage 3 application deadline is 8 January 2021. 

Besides the expected tools and frameworks learned during course work, the programme and the interactions with the cohort, taught me to look at the world from a different perspective, which has been key to creating more impact on the world.
