Selai is the CEO of an Afghan Think-Tank, BAHAM. She is the Managing Director of ‘CELEI,’ an initiative she established to support Afghan women in the handicrafts sector. She is also the founder of ‘Adam Foundation,' which provides educational support to vulnerable children across Afghanistan.
