Recently, I had the extraordinary opportunity to attend a negotiation course at Oxford University, an experience that profoundly impacted my approach to negotiation and my understanding of the term.
The opportunity to pursue this course on Oxford’s historic campus was not only a humbling experience, but it also provided the ideal setting for a transformative journey full of learnings. The course was meticulously crafted as cutting-edge negotiation theories blended with practical, real-world applications, that were delivered to us by world-renowned experts in the field.
Each session of the course deeply immersed us into the art and science of negotiation. Through case studies, workshops and role-playing exercises, I gained invaluable insights into negotiation strategies. The diverse group of participants, all representing various cultures and professional backgrounds, enriched every discussion and broadened my perspective on global negotiation dynamics.
I have always believed that ethical negotiations build trust and result in relationships based on mutual respect.
