‘AI is transforming everything!’ Everyone kept saying this, and honestly, it was starting to make me anxious.

As a marketing professional, I watched AI reshape our industry daily, and I felt like I was falling behind. Sure, I could use ChatGPT and other AI tools, but I needed more than just surface-level knowledge. I needed to understand the 'why' and 'how' behind AI to make strategic decisions. 

The Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford became my answer. I chose the online course, allowing me to balance learning with running my creative lab in Vietnam. Initially, I worried about the academic rigour, but my drive to master AI's business applications pushed me forward. 

Each week brought unexpected discoveries. The faculty didn't just teach theory - they challenged us to think critically about AI's role in business. During live sessions, our cohort, spanning from London to Dubai, shared diverse perspectives that opened my eyes to new possibilities. I particularly appreciated our discussions about ethical AI implementation - something often overlooked in typical tech-focused courses. 

The programme’s intensity surprised me. Weekly assessments demanded deep analysis and original thinking. I found myself reorganising my schedule, often studying late into the night. But achieving an 80/100 average made every challenging moment worthwhile. 

The knowledge gained has transformed my professional path. Today, I split my time between running my creative lab and training other professionals and students in AI-driven content creation. Teaching and applying AI in content marketing courses has taken on new meaning as I help students understand AI's impact on communication strategies. My approach to content has evolved from purely creative to strategically technological, informed by Oxford's comprehensive framework. 

The Saïd Business School experience goes beyond the certificate. The global network continues to enrich my professional journey, offering fresh perspectives and collaboration opportunities.
