Meet the 2019-20 Oxford MBA Forté Fellows
Through a partnership between Oxford Saïd and Forté, exceptional female MBA candidates are selected to receive a Saïd Business School-funded Forté Fellowship.
Entering its eighth year, each award includes a £20,000 scholarship alongside access to Forté benefits including leadership conferences, networking opportunities and job postings. With a community of over 100,000 women, Forté is a non-profit which exists to change the balance of power in the workplace.
The 2019-20 MBA cohort at Saïd Business School consists of students from 64 nationalities, with women making up 44% of the class - the highest percentage among leading Non-US schools. Whilst up to three scholars can be selected for the award, all female students receive a Forté Fellow designation and the opportunities that brings.
Krystal Brooks, Director of Development at Forté explained the impact of the Forté Fellowship: ‘By providing financial and other kinds of support to women in the pursuit of an MBA, the Forté Fellows programme is a powerful tool that empowers them to change their career trajectories, their earning power and their lives.’
