The aim of the Scholarship is to support female candidates of merit and to encourage an increase in women considering senior leadership roles. Samkelisiwe Peter from South Africa has been awarded the ‘Dean’s Scholarship for Nationals from African countries,’ and Andrea Maitre Warriner, who works in strategic planning for a human resources for health NGO in Johannesburg, won a Saïd Foundation Scholarship which provides part funding to nationals of developing countries.
