John Walugembe is a Ugandan social entrepreneur who enrolled at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford this year with a Scholarship from the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Better-Livelihoods Uganda, a community based organisation that works to improve the livelihoods of poor and vulnerable people.
