A new partnership set up to help transform the lives of disadvantaged people in rural India was announced this week at the Oxford India Business Forum 2014. RuralShores Business Services and Inclusive Ventures Limited will work together to help the lives of disadvantaged people in the country.

The first global online resource for building cybersecurity capacity has been launched today. The Cybersecurity Capacity Portal will help coordinate international efforts in cybersecurity through sharing of information and best practice, to support decisions and investments that can significantly enhance safety and security in cyberspace.

Anyone who arrived at the Engaging with the Humanities event expecting the usual interesting lecture would have got a bit of a shock. Arefe Khosravi, a commodity trader at TMT Metals AG has been awarded the first Oxford EMBA Scholarship for Women, offered in association with the 30% Club. Arefe will join the Oxford Executive MBA programme in January 2015.
