Oxford Scenarios Programme
The future isn’t always predictable, and when it isn’t we need to know what to do. Scenarios can help leaders understand uncertain contexts and identify critical change levers – the events or collaborations that can be undertaken to do better in unfolding futures.
The Oxford Scenarios Programme helps individuals and organisations to prepare for the worst, while empowering them to strive for the better, repositioning impossibility and possibility.
Watch our video where Programme Director Rafael Ramirez and faculty members Cynthia Selin, Cho Khong and Angela Wilkinson discuss the benefits of attending for both individuals and organisations.
