The Skoll Centre announces the winners of its 2018 Map the System competition. Teams from Mount Royal University in Canada, University of Melbourne, and Simon Fraser University, also from Canada, take the top prizes.

The Skoll Centre is pleased to announce the four finalists of the 2018 Skoll Venture Awards. Each venture will pitch to a panel of expert judges and a live audience on Thursday 14th June at Saïd Business School, Oxford, for the chance to win up to £20,000 in grant funding from the Skoll Centre. On Wednesday, 25th April eight teams from across the University of Oxford presented their research on social and environmental issues as part of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship’s 2018 Map the System Competition semi-final. Four teams went through to the final round to present their learnings to a panel of judges and a live audience.

The Skoll Centre accepts four Skoll Scholars onto the 2017-18 MBA programme at the Saïd Business School. The 2017-18 cohort of Skoll Scholars come to Oxford from Portugal, the United States of America and India, and join their fellow MBA classmates on 18 September in Oxford.

The Skoll Centre has announced the recipients of our 2017 Research Accelerator Grants, awarded annually to Oxford-based Early Career Researchers furthering knowledge for social impact. The research grants scheme supports ‘first steps’ into new research areas or ‘last mile’ projects boosting the on the ground impact of complete research work.
