Executive Education at Saïd Business School draws on the entire resource base of Oxford University, to offer executive development that both inspires individuals and creates significant business impact through programmes that enable transformational thinking.

Our portfolio of future-facing open-enrolment and custom programmes build long-term partnerships with our clients – developing, empowering and supporting their activities at both the individual and organisational level. Oxford provides personal interaction and peer to peer learning opportunity, bringing together diverse senior level executives from across the world allowing participants to benefit from discussing strategic questions with peers from regions at different stages of the economic cycle.

Open programmes

  • The Oxford Retail Summer School Masters, which attracts 50 aspiring retail leaders to a challenging 4-day strategic management programme in Oxford each March is hosted by OXIRM and run in association with the British Independent Retailers Association.
  • The Asia Pacific Retailing Conference has run biannually since 2001, and was held in Thailand in 2016 .

Custom programmes

The Institute of Retail Management has been actively involved in designing executive education programmes specifically customised for individual retail companies, including ICA, Kingfisher, Marks & Spencer, Home Retail Group, J Sainsbury and the Finnish S-Group (Finland’s largest retailer).

Oxford Retail Summer School Masters
