David Barron is Rhodes Trust Associate Professor in Organisational Sociology. After graduating in natural sciences from Cambridge in 1979, he worked for several years as a social worker in Scotland and London, before taking his MA and PhD in sociology at Cornell University.
Owen Darbishire is the Rhodes Trust Associate Professor in Management Studies (Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Relations) at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Sue Cormack Fellow at Pembroke College, University of Oxford.
Dr Michael Gill is an Associate Professor of Organisation Studies. Michael's research interests lie in the experience of modern work and qualitative research methods.
Theoretically, Moos research puts him at the intersection between New Institutional Theory and the literature on performance measurement. He has a PhD in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
