Dr Kate Blackmon is Associate Professor in Operations Management and a Tutorial Fellow in Management Studies at Merton College.
Alexander Budzier is the Fellow of Management Practice in the Field of Information Systems. He researches and teaches on issues of project and program(me) management, IT-enabled change, systems thinking, decision making and risk.
Paul Chapman is a Senior Fellow at Saïd Business School. He is a leading expert on the learning and development of executives, especially those responsible for leading the delivery of Major Programmes / Major Projects typically valued at $1billion+.
Bent Flyvbjerg is the first BT Professor and Chair of Major Programme Management at Oxford University. He works for better management of megaprojects and cities. He also writes about the philosophy and methodology of social science.
Harvey Maylor has worked with Saïd Business School since 2013 as a programme director in the Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA), and joined the faculty in April 2017.

Mari Sako’s most recent work has focused on business and professional services and on outsourcing. Her work on business services in the UK has attracted the interest of UK policy makers.
Janet researches cultures of project management, currently in museums and Big Science projects, especially radio-astronomy and particle physics. Janet’s first degree is in Physics, and before joining the Said Business School, she was a Reader in Oxford’s Department of Engineering Science.
