David Barron is Rhodes Trust Associate Professor in Organisational Sociology. After graduating in natural sciences from Cambridge in 1979, he worked for several years as a social worker in Scotland and London, before taking his MA and PhD in sociology at Cornell University.

Professor Louise Fitzgerald is Visiting Professor, (Organisational Change) at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford & Emeritus Professor, De Montfort University, Leicester. She has a PhD; BA (Econ.) Hons.; and Dip. in Personnel Management.
Eleanor is a Fellow in Management Practice, previously she held the role of Senior Research Fellow at Saïd Business School supported by a three-year improvement science fellowship with the Health Foundation. Her research interest is focused on how change is constructed in organisations and systems.
