Oxford Inspiring Women: Identity at work

About the event

Identity at work: Is it really possible to 'bring your whole self to work?'

We all wear many hats inside and outside the office. With individuality and intersectionality in mind, is it truly possible (or even practical) to aim to 'bring your whole self to work.' What are the risks of doing so? What are the risks of failing to do so?

Join us for a lively panel discussion into one of the most topical subjects currently for leaders and organisations globally, as we tackle the challenges, and opportunities, diversity and identity bring into the workplace.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Amy Major, MBA Recruitment Manager at Saïd Business School, and will include representation from leaders in different industries to provide a diverse perspective and conversation into identity.

Join us to hear from:

  • Katherine Lievesley: Senior Legal Adviser - Kingfisher
  • Amber Kelly: People and Culture Director - Post Office
  • Shelley Bates: Personnel Career Field Manager - British Army
  • Coco Liu: Chief Regional Officer, Asia Pacific - HLB International

There will also be an opportunity to network at the event with Oxford representatives that will be able to discuss the range of programmes available for continued learning.

Registration will open at 6.30pm. Due to the limited availability of tickets, we ask that you complete the registration form in order to secure your place.
