Oxford at Google San Francisco: Identity at work

Identity at work: Is it really possible to 'bring your whole self to work?'

Join us for a lively panel discussion into one of the most topical subjects for leaders and organisations globally...

We all wear many hats inside and outside the office. With individuality and intersectionality in mind, is it truly possible (or even practical) to aim to 'bring your whole self to work?' What are the risks of doing so? What are the risks of failing to do so?

Join us for a lively panel discussion into one of the most topical subjects currently facing leaders and organisations globally, as we tackle the challenges and opportunities that diversity and identity bring into the workplace.

We are delighted to reveal our alumni moderator and panellists to be:

  • Clarissa Bukhan, Top Partner & Corporate Strategy Manager, Google
  • Christine Li-Auyeung, COO, Elevoro
  • Srin Madipalli, Product Manager, Airbnb
  • Amel Najjar, Executive Director and Founder, Children of War Foundation
  • Sandra Molano, Global Sr Director Knowledge & Insights

There will also be an opportunity to network with Oxford representatives, who will be able to discuss the range of programmes available for continued learning.

Registration will open at 5.00pm, discussion commences at 5.30pm followed by a reception 6.30pm - 7.30pm.  Please bring ID with you. Due to limited availability of tickets, we ask that you complete the registration form in order to secure your place.
