About the event
What happens when you put a group of ambitious and successful women together? Exponential greatness.
Saïd Business School, University of Oxford has partnered with women's network, Wilm&a, to curate a unique series of live virtual events featuring insights from across our Executive Education community.
The first event was hosted by Kathryn Bishop, Associate Fellow and author of Make your own map: Career success strategy for women, who was joined by a guest panel sharing practical advice on how you can design your own path to achieve your career goals.
Kathryn is integral to the team at Oxford Saïd whose research forms the foundation of our programmes for female executives, the Women Transforming Leadership Programme and the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme.
Wilm&a was founded by Laila Valterio, following her experience as a participant on our online programme. Her desire is to shift ‘the divide to conquer’ attitude towards leadership that has been setting women backwards by fostering a community of diverse and supportive leaders who draw inspiration from each other and break the glass ceilings maintaining the status quo. It now counts over 400 allies and senior women leaders globally.
This event was supported by Oxford Saïd's Professional Women's Network.
