AI, Society and Digital Transformation at Oxford 2025
Members are invited to join us at the ICSS 2025 for an in-depth exploration of AI, Society and Digital Transformation.
The 2025 INFORMS Conference on Service Science will bring together researchers, educators and industry leaders to discuss ground-breaking advancements and applications in service science. With its theme, AI, Society, and Digital Transformation, the conference will serve as a platform to share innovative research, engage with emerging technologies and explore the profound impacts of AI and digital transformation on society and industries.
Hosted by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, the conference will feature a diverse programme, including paper presentations, posters and keynote sessions. You will have the opportunity to connect with international experts, contribute to award-winning discussions, and shape the future of service science in an era defined by digital and technological progress.
You will also enjoy a formal dinner in one of Oxford’s historic colleges, offering a unique opportunity to experience the rich traditions and architectural grandeur of this iconic university city. Optional activities will be available to explore Oxford, giving you a chance to immerse yourself in its rich history, stunning architecture and vibrant cultural heritage.
