In this session, learn more about the Oxford Executive MBA programme by joining Eero Vaara, Professor in Organisations and Impact, as he explores new approaches and methods to strategy.
Traditional approaches to strategy work have proved to be inadequate to deal with today’s challenges that require a new kind of engagement from organisational members. This session will focus on new perspectives and methods that can be used to foster engagement and agility in different settings. We will focus on Open Strategy as a novel way to include external stakeholders in strategy work. The Wikimedia example will be used to highlight the benefits as well as the challenges of this new radical approach.
Hannah Longford, Recruitment Manager, will also share an overview of the programme and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
