The business-government boundary

Leadership in extraordinary times

Shared destiny? How has the Covid-19 crisis blurred the boundary between government and business?

Over the last fifty years in the west, and especially in the US, the line between business and government has led in a lot of different directions. In the last four months this has changed dramatically, as governments take in private companies both large and small. In addition, the notion of our shared destiny has probably never been greater. In this webinar we will explore that boundary between government and business, the challenges they face and the way this varies across the globe, and discuss what new skills and capabilities people in business may need in the post-Covid environment.

Professor Peter Tufano, Peter Moores Dean Saïd Business School, will lead the panel with Michael Warren, MD Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG) and Professor Mari Sako.
