Angela has spent almost a decade working in leadership development at Saïd Business School, during which time she has worked with clients to facilitate their growth in leadership capabilities to support organisation transformation and career transition.
Her current interest area, and the focus of her Client Director role, is technology and learning. In this capacity she works across the Customised Executive Education portfolio to lead the development of blended learning and ‘pure’ digital education courses to support and sustain learning outcomes beyond the learning events. This includes developing online courses and/or virtual classroom sessions, and leveraging the benefits of social and collaboration learning and supporting technologies.
She contributes to client work for middle and senior level managers for organisations with HQs in Europe and Asia. This work has included long-standing relationships with a number of firms and sectors including: pharmaceuticals, finance and insurance, and professional service firms.
Prior to joining Said Business School Angela spent 15 years in higher education publishing in a number of sales and marketing roles. During this time she held a senior editorial role the Higher Education Department at Oxford University Press where she was responsible for new product development strategies for both print and digital for organisational behaviour, leadership and change management.
Angela is a certified facilitator and teacher with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Roehampton, London. She also has BA (Hons) Business and Management from De Montfort University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Education (Distinction) from University of Edinburgh.
