Oxford Saïd is seeking a talented and creative individual to develop and lead fundraising initiatives for the School.

It is a great time to join Oxford Saïd; the School will build and open a new £56m state of the art facility in the heart of Oxford and continue to develop the Oxford Foundry – a new facility providing inspiration and practical support on entrepreneurship to all University students.

The Associate Director of Fundraising is a new role within the School’s Development team. You will work with the Director of Development and Alumni Relations to deliver an effective fundraising strategy to encourage maximum philanthropic support for the School, and will lead, manage and develop the Development team. This is a pivotal role in helping the School achieve its goals.

To be considered for this position you should have a demonstrable track record of building successful international donor relationships and meeting fundraising targets. You will have the ability to think strategically and to develop long-term fundraising strategies, and enjoy working collaboratively with senior members of the collegiate University, including Heads of Divisions and Heads of the Colleges. You should have a substantial background of successfully leading and managing teams and act as an ambassador for Saïd Business School.
